[Mail_treas] [Treas] Findings for Recover/Licensure - Please Read and Then Act

I have been a Treasurer for 5 years now and this issue really scares me.
What if something is done that I don't know about or have control over? I
cannot and should not be held responsible.
What do we need to do and who is going to start it?
