[Mail_treas] Sick Leave Donation

Hi All!

If you have sick leave donation in your district can you please tell me if
you allow administrators to donate or receive days from anyone or just from
other administrators?  I had an OEA rep tell me that it was illegal for
administrators to donate or receive days, but I haven't been able to find
anything about that.  We have just been using the policy the board approves
and the negotiated agreements.  If you have looked into this before, I
would appreciate any information you are willing to share.
