[Mail_treas] Director of Development Question

Good morning,

I hope this email finds everyone well rested from the holiday break!

We are in the process of implementing a Director of Development. This position will secure donations from alumni and other community partners for District projects and educational initiatives. The Director will be an employee of the District but any donations will flow directly to a foundation. The foundation will then reimburse the District for the cost of the Director of Development position. Does anyone have language outlining an agreement similar to this that you would be willing to share?
