[Mail_treas] REAP Grant question

Dear fellow Treasurer's,

We just found out that our district does not qualify for the REAP Grant for
FY2018 due to a reclassification of locale codes, and we are no longer
considered RURAL by ODE.  Any help would be appreciated with helping us to
get reclassified to where we were. For example, did your district call
anyone to help reclassify back to where it was?
