[Mail_treas] Incentives for Substitute Employees

Good afternoon!  The Southwest Licking LSD Board of Education approved a motion requiring the Superintendent and Treasurer to develop a comprehensive plan to create incentives for substitute employees.  As with most school districts, Southwest Licking has a shortage of substitutes in the areas of Teachers, Bus drivers, Custodial and Teacher aides.  The Board of Education was discussing paying for background checks, increasing pay, paying for classes, etc.  If your School District has some type of incentive or other way in place to bring in substitute employees, can you please share the information with me?
