[Mail_treas] Medicaid Reimbursements

Scott,  I use this money to pay one speech therapist that is a staff
member.  once a reimbursement, it is "Our" money, and I do track it in a
SPCC, but it can be used for staff, if that staff member is paid out of
General Fund, and is a person who does medicaid billing for the district.

I use it just like the old CAFS program, I don't know if you remember that
or not.
