[Mail_treas] Activity Budget Spreadsheet

I want to thank everyone who responded to my request for activity budget spreadsheets.  I received many responses and many different styles of activity budget forms.  I am working on a project that I am creating Google folders for each of my activities and within each of those folders I am including budgets, ledgers, and activity evaluation documents.  My goal is to replace the folder/binders that many of us currently use.

In addition to the many statements, I was asked to provide some of the responses.  Unfortunately, I received far too many to send but I have included one that I really liked for its simplicity and that it's a fillable pdf.  The only negative was that it did not do the math for the advisors.  The form that I am using is one used by Northwestern Local Schools.
