[Mail_treas] unpaid fees

Good afternoon!

Does anyone have any suggestions on ways to collect unpaid fees from students who transfer out of the district? I was told that we'd have to have legal representation in order to file in our local small claims court. Of course, that representation comes at a cost and may end up being more costly than the debt we're trying to collect.
