[Mail_treas] Credit Cards

I’ve used cards with rewards.  We usually received credits on the bill for
the reward instead of using them for items.  Just be sure all rewards used
are for school purpose and documented.  Last tip-don’t forget to use them!
LOL!  We usually forgot to use them until we were closing the card.
