All,

Thank you for all of the responses.  I knew about the Perrysburg one, and I
see where he is filing a lawsuit against the Board.  For the most part, the
responses were to look at these websites.  I did get a few independent
responses, but they were all listed on these two sites:

My Board seems to think that treasurers are not issued Findings for
Recovery, and it is just a scare tactic.  Rather than wasting time
researching, if you know any specific ones, please let me know.
