[Mail_treas] Has anyone heard of Inbox Loan?

Good Morning:

just when I thought I had seen everything, we get a wage assignment from a
place called Inbox Loan which is run by the Kashia Band of Pomo Indians of
the Stewarts Point Rancheria.  Yeah, I'm not joking, this is what the
website says.  Has anyone heard of this or dealt with this?  We only
garnish wages when we have court orders but if this is legit I'm wondering
if Indian Tribes have different rules and would not go through a court?

Any feedback would be appreciated as I'm getting to old for this.
