[Mail_treas] Outsourcing payroll

Hello,

With the retirement of my payroll clerk, my Board has asked me to check into outsourcing payroll.  Have any of you successfully outsourced your entire payroll operations?  I would appreciate any recommendations on vendors you are aware of or pitfalls to avoid.
