[Mail_treas] construction project - design/build

Good morning!

We are looking to renovate a building and turn it into an early childhood center. We have been introduced to the idea of using a design/build model for the renovation. This is new to us and I wondered if any of you have gone through a design/build project and would be willing to have a conversation about the process and your experience. Any design/build firms that you would recommend that have had experience working with school districts?
