[Mail_treas] Hourly Leave for Teaching Staff

The results are in, 38 responded:
2 allow certified staff to take leave hourly
1 allows hourly leave for sick only
17 require at least ¼ day
18 require at least ½ day (one had been revised from minutes, to hours, to quarterly and they would never go back)

If yes:
Are they set up as hourly leave in USPS, or do you apply a fraction of the day for hours?
What parameters are there for using hourly leave (types of leave, times of day, other)?
