[Mail_treas] Attorney General Grant

Hello,

I have received about 30 e-mails on this and the results are about split
between Fund 499 and General Fund using 32** restricted state grants.
Unless further guidance comes out, I think either should work. I discussed
it with LGS that is here right now and they thought that the General Fund
32** made more sense. The guidance just says we have to be able to show our
receipts and expenditures in a final report. Thanks everybody who
responded.
