[Mail_treas] Preschool Lunch

I need the wisdom of the masses :)  Our cafeteria manager was approached by
our County-ran preschool program to see if a couple of students could get
breakfast as they never have anything to eat in the mornings.  Have any of
you ever offered breakfast or lunch to your preschool programs? And if so
how have you handled reporting it to the state?
