[Mail_treas] PUPIL ACTIVITY PERMIT

Hello fellow Treasurers, a quick question about Pupil Activity Permits.  I
contacted ODE and they actually could not give me an answer.  My question
is:

Are Pupil Activity Permits required for ANY activity.  Example, does a
Teacher need a Pupil Activity Permit to direct the Musical, or does this
only pertain to sporting activities?

Any guidance is appreciated.
