[Mail_treas] kiosk user expiration

Hello!

Several issues were introduced by changing the user expiration to 180 days for kiosk users.  Please forgive me!!!   District Kiosk Administrators can login and go to the District Configuration and change the expiration to the option that aligns with your district's policies.   This configuration is in the left column.

Users can be re-activated by going to the deleted user  area and clicking on the employee.  Scroll down to the 'activate user reset password' box.

You can set a specific temporary password for the user.  Instruct the user to login immediately after receiving the new password. (Comment: if the user is not available to login after the activation, login as the user.  You will be prompted to change the password.  Share the new password with the user. They can change the password from the menu once logged in.)   Kiosk is looking at the last activity date in kiosk to determine the expiration.  It is not looking to see the last time they were paid.  The last activity date is updated at login.

I suggest adding a step to your checklist when terminating employees to decide if their kiosk account should be deleted.
