[Mail_treas] Resolution Language for Unclaimed Funds

Good afternoon,

I'm trying to put some resolution language together to move a balance of
unclaimed funds back to the general fund (for amounts older than 5 years),
as well as to move outstanding check amounts from the general fund and into
the unclaimed funds. Does anyone have some example wording they'd be
willing to share?
