[Mail_treas] OEDSA 2019 Fall Conference - Registration is now open

Good afternoon,


Registration for the 2019 OEDSA Fall Conference opened August 1, 2019.  This conference offers informational sessions for fiscal, student and EMIS support staff for both ITCs and districts. This year there will not be a technical track. So please plan accordingly.

The tentative agenda, track information, and conference details are available here as well.  Please continue to check back periodically for session updates and handouts.



NOTE:  If you have not previously registered, you will need to complete a one-time registration process to create an account with OEDSA. When you click to register, you will see a log in page, where there is also a link for any NEW USERS.  Once you are signed up you can quickly register for future conferences using this account.



As in years past, the conference will be held at the DoubleTree Worthington.

The conference will run from 7:00 pm Wednesday evening, September 11th through Friday afternoon September 13th.

Registration Details:



*        Registration opens August 1, 2019.

*        Cost of the conference is $200.00 per attendee through Friday, August 31, 2019.

*        Late registration cost is $250.00 per attendee from September 1, 2019 through Friday, September 6, 2019.

*        There will be no registrations accepted after September 6, 2019.  NO WALK IN REGISTRATIONS will be accepted!!

*        Conference registration cancellations will be accepted through Friday, September 6, 2019 and any refunds granted are subject to a $25 service fee. All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to board at oedsa.org<mailto:board at oedsa.org> by Friday, September 6, 2019. Cancellations received after Friday, September 6, 2019 will not be accepted for any reason, and no refunds will be issued. If you are unable to attend the conference, another individual may attend in your place at no extra charge provided the individual brings a copy of your email registration confirmation, along with your written approval for the substitution.
