[Mail_treas] EMIS Financial 19H reporting

Good afternoon!

I just logged in to the data collector and ran the attached report of districts that have not submitted 19H data.  The 19H manifest expires on 8/30. All data elements, excluding capital assets must be reported by 8/30. A new manifest will open in September for capital assets.

If you completed USAEMSEDT, USAEMSDB, USAEMS and USAEMS_FTP in LIVE or 4502HIST:

1.       Login to the Data Collector and do both a SIF and data source collection.  The Data Collector knows to pull data from ACCOUNT_HISTORY since we are now in fy20.

Click start collection from the Collection request tab

Click the SIF ZONE (your districts 2 character short code) and the H data source and click Start Data Collection.  The SIF collection may take up to 20 minutes.

2.       Prepare and preview the data.  Make sure that you have valid records for the required elements

3.       Review any Level 1 validation errors.

4.       If the data looks good, certify and submit.
