[Mail_treas] Cafeteria survey

Hi,

This message is for those districts that have 1,000 or less students.  Our 
cafeteria is struggling and has been struggling with its operations.  The 
Board of Education has asked me to do a survey to compare our district to 
other like districts.  If you would be so kind to help me out and fill in 
the spreadsheet I have attached and return it to me it would greatly be 
appreciated!
