[Mail_treas] RFP Sample...Real Estate Dev Firm or other RFP Template

Good afternoon,

My district has a historical building school building that is being
partially demo'ed next year.  We are trying to sell the historical part of
of this building to preserve the building and repurpose it for another
use.  We are looking for a real estate development firm to assist the
district in redeveloping this building and eventually selling it to an
interested party.  Do you have a sample RFP for a real estate development
firm or perhaps another template for an RFP that could assist the district
in putting together its own RFP.
