[Mail_treas] New 001 tax fields

Hello,

We will run the initialization for the new fields at 9:00.  Please logout at that time.  All users must be logged out of USPS.   If you have started a new January payroll and have not executed CHKUPD, you will have to run CALCPAY again after the initialization.

Please logout of all USPS applications:  Reflections and USPSWEB at 9:00.  We are not sure how long the initialization will take.  We will let you know when you can log back in.

Good morning!

The new software release was installed successfully.  We have to run an initialization program before the fields in the 001 Federal tax deduction are available.  Hold off adding any data to these new fields.  I will send an email when the initialization is complete.
