All,

What are your district plan(s), currently or in the future, regarding ESSA and the use of long term substitute teachers? If you utilize a large number of long term substitute teachers, is your district providing pathways for these individuals to obtain the proper credentials?  Are you using different alternatives? At what costs is your district willing to help these individuals, monetary wise? Thank you in advance.
