MVSBO 2019-2020 Annual Membership Application

The membership period is from July through June. The annual fee is $50.00
for regular and vendor members and $45.00 for retired members. Beginning
this year, your annual membership fee covers all registration fees for
MVSBO meetings held throughout the year, including the January 2020 joint
meeting with Ohio Valley School Business Officials.

Please MAKE CHECKS PAYABLE TO MVSBO. Complete this membership form and
return your confirmation page with the appropriate fee to:
