[Mail_treas] buying gasoline

We currently purchase gasoline through Speedway and they remove the federal
tax for billing; however, I am having issues with payment posting and other
items.  We are considering changing vendors, but my other local vendor is
not equipped to exempt us from the federal tax.  This would be for gasoline
only.

Does anyone else deal with this?  If so, how do you claim your exemption?
