[Mail_treas] Wellness Incentive

Hello all,

For years we have been issuing giftcards as incentives for our health
insurance wellness program. This year we changed it to be run through
payroll. If you run it through payroll could you please let me know what
exactly you do?

Do you run it as a MISC pay and not take out SERS or STRS?
Is it run as a stipend?
Do you only reduced the health insurance premium deductions which could
very well span 2-3 pays?

I'm just looking for the cleanest way to handle this so I wanted to reach
out.
