[Mail_treas] E-rate question

Hello!

E-rate is requesting third party documentation that will verify that our
middle school meets the statutory definition of an elementary or secondary
school. (schools are eligible for E-rate funding only if the school meets
the statutory definition of an elementary or secondary school found in the
No Child Left Behind Act of 2001 (20 U.S.C. Section 7801 (18) and (38)), it
is not operating as for-profit businesses, and it does not have an
endowment exceeding $50 million.)

Anyone else have to provide third party documentation?  What did you
provide?
