[Mail_treas] Redesign EIS and Accounts Receivable

Hello,

In our attempt to schedule districts for migration to the Redesign, I have a question.  Currently, Inventory and Accounts Receivable are not in the Redesign.  If additional funding is granted to the SSDT, Accounts Receivable is scheduled for completion in August, 2020 and EIS in August, 2021.

Currently, there is an export process in the Redesign to get POs for the pending file in classic EIS.  There is a new classic program that imports the PO info to EIS.  EIS will be available to you in Classic using the Reflections software until the Redesign modules are developed.

If you do not post receivables to USAS using ARF, you will be able to continue using Classic for tracking receivables.

Please respond to this email with the number of the option below that best fits your district.  Please respond before the end of the day tomorrow, 5/31/19.

Here are your options:
Options


  1.  Does NOT use Classic's AR or Inventory (EIS) and doesn't need either in Redesign


  1.  Uses Classic's AR or Inventory (EIS) but willing to migrate and continue their use in Classic until both modules are available in Redesign


  1.  Uses Classic's AR and needs it in Redesign before migrating


  1.  Uses Classic's Inventory (EIS) and needs it in Redesign before migrating


  1.  Uses Classic's AR and Inventory (EIS) and needs both in Redesign before migrating
