[Mail_treas] Football field light/bleachers

Good afternoon!

After decades of playing football games at the county fairgrounds, we are
working to create our own field for the coming school year.  For those
district that may be doing renovations or upgrades during the off-season
and will have used bleachers and/or lights for sale, we would be sincerely
grateful for the opportunity to purchase them.
