[Mail_treas] Suspicious Phone Calls

Good morning!
We have received word that multiple reports are being made of suspicious calls received at public offices.  When the call is received, the callers are asking the employees for the "Number" or the "Printer ID" on the front of their printer or copiers.  When asked by the employee who is calling and why they need the information, they immediately hang up.
We can think of several scenarios in which scammers may be able to leverage this information.  Please be on the alert and, of course, never provide unknown, inbound callers with any sort of data associated with your computing environment.
