[Mail_treas] KIOSK USER ACCOUNT EXPIRATION

Good Afternoon All,
During the summer we had to set all Kiosk USER ACCOUNT EXPIRATION configuration to 180 days in order to clean up active users who are no longer with the district.
Employees who had not logged into Kiosk in the past 180 days were moved to the deleted folder.
If this is a configuration you no longer wish to have in place, please log into Kiosk, click on DISTRICT KIOSK ADMINISTRATOR >  UPDATE/DELETE DISTRICT CONFIGURATION.
Scroll to the bottom of the screen.  On the left side find USER ACCOUNT EXPIRATION.  Click on the drop down and make your selection.  NEVER will stop employees from being deleted.
Once you make your selection click on APPLY CHANGES.

If you have employees in the deleted folder, that are still active employees, you can reactivate them by clicking on their IRN > scroll down to RESET USER PASSWORD.  Assign the employee a new password then click on ACTIVATE USER AND RESET PASSWORD
The deleted folder is located:
DISTRICT KIOSK ADMINISTRATOR > UPDATE/DELETE DISTRICT USERS
Scroll to the bottom of your employee user list.

Click on the drop down arrow next to DELETED USERS
