[Mail_treas] Payment in Lieu

For those of you that make Payment-in-Lieu of transportation and the family has more than one student they are transporting do you pay one amount for the family or amount per student. So if you have a family with 2 students and your payment is $600 would you pay the family $600 total or $1,200.
