[Mail_treas] FRAUD - Heads up "Alice Training Institute"

Heads up - new fraud attempt received today at Eastwood.  Fake vendor using
a familiar hot button issue for all of us - ALICE training.  As an added
"benefit" to the fraud attempt, the links may introduce malware or spyware
to your systems - don't click their links.

They had our Supt name, our AP person name and me all correct and with
correct e-mail formats.
