[Mail_treas] Federal subsidy for Qualified School Construction Bonds

Hi,
We receive a Federal subsidy on our Qualified School Construction bonds and
filed the 8038-CP form in March and we usually receive our subsidy the
beginning of May for our bond payment at the end of May.  My question is
has anyone else not received their federal subsidy yet?  I talked to the
IRS and she told me that they are not working right now and it will
processed when they do come back to work.
