[Mail_treas] bus driver hours and rates

Good morning!

We are negotiating the OAPSE contract and I wanted to get everyone's input on something they are asking for.  They are requesting that the minimum rate per trip for bus drivers increase to 2 hours per am and pm route.  So the minimum number of hours a bus driver would get is 4 hours a day.  Could you please respond to the following:


  1.   Do your drivers get paid with a minimum number of hours per route per day?  If so, how many hours?  Or are they paid on actual run hours?
  2.  What is your minimum and maximum hourly rate for drivers
