OFFICIAL STATEMENT REGARDING CONFERENCE & CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) 
  
 Urgent Notice for OECN Treasurers 
  
 URGENT: OFFICIAL STATEMENT REGARDING CONFERENCE AND CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19): 
 
 In light of Gov. Mike DeWine's forthcoming Executive Order, I regret to inform you that OAPT must postpone our conference due to limitations on all large group gatherings. We will be rescheduling this year's conference for June 7th-10th at the Embassy Suites Dublin, 5100 Upper Metro Pl., Dublin. 
  
 What do you need to know: 
  
 - If you currently have a hotel room booked at the Embassy, OAPT is in the process of having those rooms transferred to the new dates at the same price. 
  
 - Your registration is good for the rescheduled dates. You need to do nothing if you plan on attending. If you cannot attend on the new date we will be sending out information in the next few days to inform you of what steps you need to take. 
  
 - We are working to confirm with our presenters to ensure we have the same programing, however we may find it necessary to change some topics. We are working hard to keep things the same and are confident that the vast majority of topics will remain the same. 
  
 In the near future you will receive correspondence from us on what to expect and how to proceed with this necessary change in plans. Thank you in advance for your understanding and please know that this decision was not made lightly.
