[Mail_treas] Maintenance position schools under 3,000 ADM

We have fewer than 1000 students and have a full-time maintenance
supervisor. He supervises the custodial staff and bus drivers, we have 6
custodians and 10 bus drivers. Our supervisor works with our custodians on
major projects, especially during the summer. He also reports directly to
the superintendent.
