Good Afternoon,  With all of us finishing up our Five Year Forecasts, I  
thought it would helpful to collect a little data about how we are all  
handling certain key assumptions regarding the May 2020 Five Year  
Forecast.  If you could be kind enough to complete the short, quick survey  
I think it would beneficial to all of us.  Time is of the essence.  Once, I  
get a sufficiant number of responses, I will share details of the data  
gathered.  I truly appreciate your help!!
