[Mail_treas] 403b Plan - Third Party Administrative Services

Dear Treasurers,

I am looking for vendors that provide TPA Services for a 403(b) plan?

Ideally, I would like the servicer to be separate from the annuity company
offering investment opportunities.  I don't know if such an entity exists.

I would appreciate information you can provide regarding companies that you
have used or know of that provide this service.
