Good Morning MVECA Assembly Members and Friends,

MVECA's Spring Assembly Meeting will take place on Thursday, April 15, 2021, via Zoom. The meeting will start at 9:30 AM.

The meeting agenda and minutes from the November 2020 meeting are attached.  Zoom meeting information is attached and will be retransmitted prior to the 15th.  If you plan on voting by proxy, the attached proxy form must be submitted prior to the meeting.  Please email it to Liz Dunn at dunn at mveca.org<mailto:cdavis at mveca.org> and put "Proxy Form" under subject line or fax it to the number listed on the form.
