[Mail_treas] IMPORTANT! - ODJFS New Reporting Requirements

Good Morning,
This email pertains only to Classic users for now.
SSDT has completed the change necessary for ODJFS quarterly reports to go to the new website,
THE SOURCE (instead of ERIC)  Classic users will generate ODFJS reports as usual (when you are ready).  You won't notice any difference.

SSDT will let us know when Redesign ODJFS reporting will be available.

Subject: URGENT!! - ODJFS New Reporting Requirements

Good Morning MVECA Districts,
We received notice this morning that ODJFS will no longer be reported to the ERIC website.  There is a new site called THE SOURCE.
Not only a new website but the report will require a new file layout.  SSDT is working on this now.
PLEASE DO NOT generate an ODJFS submission file until further notice. You can run the report just to balance.
Deb is working to see what is required to log  in to the new website.  As soon as she has that information we will send another email.

SSDT NOTICE
USPS Users,

Please pass along to your districts to hold off submitting ODJFS until the ODJFS updates are released in both systems.  The old ERIC system for ODJFS is no longer available and the new system called The Source has a new file layout.

For Redesign, the OFJFS new layout changes will be available on the next redesign release (Dec 17, 2021) or earlier if available.

For Classic, it will be in OOPS tomorrow or Monday (Dec 10 or 13).  Kim Olson will send an email with the information when the OOPS release is available in Classic.  Also, we will be having a full Classic release next Friday (Dec 17, 2021).
