[Mail_treas] City W2 Submission Information Needed by 1/27/21 and Important Updates

Good Morning and Happy Friday,

We have some city requests, however, we don't have all the information needed so we are reaching out to ensure we get a comprehensive full list/scope. An email is required from each district with the complete information/details from each of the bullet points below (unless you don't need to submit any cities we only need that confirmation) by next Wednesday so we can ensure we submit this data for each district that needs it, we have the complete scope of what's needed, and the files are prepared before any due dates.

We need each district to respond by 1/27/21 with the following:


1.       Confirm if you need any cities submissions or if no cities submissions are needed for your district

2.       If you do need MVECA to submit city files confirm each city that needs submitted

3.       Confirm if the city needs submitted via RITA, CCA, or another source and if it's not RITA or CCA please provide the instructions for the cities requirements/specifications/link to the requirements/instructions

4.       Confirm the due dates for all cities you need submitted


All W2's and 1099's have been printed and distributed to each district. Also, files have been imported into KIOSK and On-Base. The files will all be available by next week (some may be available now) and if you requested a later KIOSK date the W2's will appear on that date (not earlier). The On-Base link has changed from last year in case anyone had it book-marked and the new link is on our webpage under Technology. (https://obweb3.hccanet.org/OnBase/Login.aspx)

We are working on the submissions files for the state and SSN so if any further/additional corrections are needed those will need to be completed on a 1099-C or W2-C form.
