Newsletter has been published.  Our big focus for this issue is EMIS Staff
reporting topics.  Everything you have ever wanted to know about USPS-R
EMIS Staff reporting is in this newsletter!   Since the newsletter contains
quite a bit of information, we have provided a table of contents so you can
easily click on your topic of interest.  Also included are a few "DYK" side
articles including future requisition processing and the enhancements made
to the Federal Assistance Detail option in USAS-R.
