[Mail_treas] Streaming Question

Good afternoon.

I know streaming has become a "thing"...  I was contacted by our drama club
that they are wanting to stream their musical and there would be a charge.
I'm curious how other districts have handled these "arrangements" with
respect to contracts, BOE approvals, etc...

I'm of course being looped in on the tail end of an advisor doing this on
their own, and willing to work on making sure it is done correctly.
Curious what others have seen and developed as a best practice on streaming
and public funds.

Seems like an area ripe for issues in a fiscal dept.
