Newsletter has been published.  Housekeeping!  We have provided a few
USPS-R housekeeping tips to assist you in mass changing city tax
percentages and employer rates on annuity and regular payroll item
records.   Another tidbit of information provided is the ability to create
payroll item templates to help speed up the process of adding payroll items
for new employees.   Our 'Did You Know' section covers some budgeting tips
to assist with current or next year budgets.
