[Mail_treas] Payroll salary

[Diane Keegan]

Our Payroll person is making $19.25/hour, she has a Bachelors's Degree.

Our A/P person is making $20.70/hour, he has an MBA.

They have both been hired this year and attached is our current salary
schedule for our nonunion clerical positions (we have been rolling over
contracts and so it hasn't been updated since 2019), which includes the
fiscal employees.
