Position: Payroll/Benefits Specialist

Location: Education Center

Schedule: Monday - Friday/8 Hours Per Day
Effective: TBD



Applications are being sought for the Payroll/Benefits Specialist position in the Brecksville-Broadview Heights City School District. Minimum Qualifications:

  *   Comprehensive knowledge of governmental accounting standards and third-party financial service providers.
  *   Embraces high-performance standards (e.g., engagement, proficiency, resilience, etc.).
  *   Maintains a record free of criminal violations that prohibit public school employment.
  *   High school diploma or GED.
  *   Data processing skills verified by training or work experience.
  *   Exemplary verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  *   Experience with employee benefits
  *   Experience with payroll processing
  *   Experience with eFinancePlus



Preferred Attributes:

  *   Approachable
  *   Conscientious
  *   Self-assured



Successful background checks and pre-employment drug screening are required.
