[Mail_treas] Employee Kiosk scheduled to be offline May 17th for a couple of hours

Hello,

>From Employee Kiosk state support:  "The Kiosk/IPDP/Timesheet applications will be offline to apply Kiosk enhancements beginning at 5PM on Tuesday, May 17th. We anticipate this outage will last no more than 2 hours."
